So I have bin plugging away at this controller non stop for the past few days and have got alot done I completed all the PCB boards and mounted them to the base of the enclosure :) Ran most of the wiring and have powered it up for testing. Glad to say no puffs of smoke and all seems well I will post more as I go

Here is a video of me testing out the spindle :)
Motor is a 900KV Outrunner powered by 12VDC
Controller is a simple LM555 servo tester connected to the ESC
At full out it spins @ 10,800 RPM "900KV * 12VDC = RPM"

I built a prototype of the motor driver and I'm happy with the result for now. I tested the the driver with a spare nema 17 motor I had laying around. Here is a pic of the prototype and then a picture of the completed X,Y,Z boards

Just finishing up odds and ends and then it's time to build the drivers.
I plan on using TB 6560 IC's, I purchased the three access CNC board from China as most of us did and was not happy with any of the results. A ton of motor noise and plenty of skipped steps. I have five ICs on hand and hope I can build at least three working drivers. Logic and motor power will be controlled with manual toggle switches in order to try and meet the data sheet information. Any help with the ICs would be greatly appreciated.
